On low-ticket products. On a R$97 sale, R$2.49 is an extra 2.6 percentage points on top of the 8.99%, taking the effective rate above 11.5%.
No. On our Free plan (10%) the difference is small and can favour Kiwify on higher-ticket sales. The gap opens up on our paid plans, where the rate falls to 7% or 5%.
No. Payouts run through Stripe and are included in the transaction fee.
