Most platforms quote you one number and then add payment processing on top. Ours is the whole number: the Stripe fee comes out of our side, not yours.

Skool processes payments itself, so its percentage already includes them. Circle, Patreon, Teachable and Kajabi charge payment processing separately, so add roughly 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction to those rows. The totals above count percentages only — fixed per-transaction amounts depend on how many payments make up your revenue, so they are left out rather than guessed at.
Where we stop being the cheapest: above about $2,570 a month in revenue, Skool Pro costs less than our Premium plan, because a flat $99 beats a percentage once the percentage is large enough. We would rather you saw that here than found it later.

Pricing Questions
Is the Stripe payment processing fee included?
Yes. The 5–10% transaction fee is the complete number. Stripe's processing cost comes out of our share, so you are not billed for it separately.
How does the transaction fee change by plan?
The fee falls as your plan rises: 10% on Free, 8% on Basic, 7% on Standard, and 5% on Premium. If you sell enough, the lower fee on a paid plan pays for the subscription several times over.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan requires no card at all. Paid plans include a 7-day free trial and you can cancel before it ends without being charged.
Can I change or cancel my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your account settings. Upgrades are prorated, so you only pay the difference for the remainder of the billing period.
What currency am I billed in?
Stripe handles currency conversion and settles into your connected account in the currency it supports for your country.
What are AI credits and what happens if I run out?
AI credits pay for AI-powered features such as agent runs, image generation and content assistance, and for Distribute video production: a long-form episode costs roughly 825–1,400 credits and a Short 450–700. Each plan includes a monthly allowance, and you can top up at any time. Running out never blocks the rest of the platform. The Agency workspace is in early access and priced per organisation on request.
