Pricing Questions

Is the Stripe payment processing fee included?

Yes. The 5–10% transaction fee is the complete number. Stripe's processing cost comes out of our share, so you are not billed for it separately.

How does the transaction fee change by plan?

The fee falls as your plan rises: 10% on Free, 8% on Basic, 7% on Standard, and 5% on Premium. If you sell enough, the lower fee on a paid plan pays for the subscription several times over.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The Free plan requires no card at all. Paid plans include a 7-day free trial and you can cancel before it ends without being charged.

Can I change or cancel my plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your account settings. Upgrades are prorated, so you only pay the difference for the remainder of the billing period.

What currency am I billed in?

Creators in Brazil are billed in Brazilian reais (BRL) through our Brazilian entity, with payouts in BRL. Everywhere else is billed in US dollars.

What are AI credits and what happens if I run out?

AI credits pay for AI-powered features such as agent runs, image generation and content assistance. Each plan includes a monthly allowance, and you can top up at any time. Running out never blocks the rest of the platform.
