Zero Tolerance Policy: Wudtr Ltd (Company Number 16987248) ("Wudtr," "we," "us," "our"), the developer and operator of the Wudtr mobile application (com.wudtr.mobile) available on Google Play and the Apple App Store, maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe platform for all users.
1) Scope & Commitment
This Child Safety Standards document outlines our comprehensive approach to preventing, detecting, and responding to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on the Wudtr platform. These standards apply to:
- All users of Wudtr services, including web and mobile applications
- All content shared, uploaded, or distributed through our platform
- All community interactions and communications
- All third-party integrations and connected services
2) Age Restrictions
Wudtr implements strict age verification and protection measures:
- Minimum Age: Our services are intended for users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 16.
- Age Verification: Users must provide accurate age information during registration. False representation of age is grounds for immediate account termination.
- Parental Consent: For users between 16-18 in jurisdictions requiring parental consent, we obtain and verify such consent before service activation.
- Automated Detection: We employ automated systems to detect and flag accounts that may belong to users under the minimum age.
3) Prohibited Content & Conduct
The following content and conduct related to minors is strictly prohibited on Wudtr:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any visual depiction, text, or other content depicting or describing sexual abuse of minors
- Sexualization of Minors: Content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors in any way
- Grooming: Any attempt to build trust with a minor for the purpose of sexual abuse or exploitation
- Child Trafficking: Content or communications facilitating or promoting child trafficking
- Inappropriate Contact: Adults soliciting personal information from minors or attempting inappropriate contact
- Sextortion: Threatening to share intimate images or information involving minors
- Child Sexual Exploitation: Any content or conduct that exploits children for sexual purposes, including coercion or financial gain
4) Detection & Monitoring Systems
We employ multiple layers of protection to detect and prevent CSAE:
- Automated Content Scanning: AI-powered systems continuously scan uploaded images and videos against known CSAM databases
- Hash Matching: Integration with industry-standard hash databases (including NCMEC's hash list) to identify known CSAM
- Behavioral Analysis: Machine learning algorithms detect suspicious patterns of behavior indicative of grooming or exploitation
- Keyword Detection: Automated filtering of text content for language associated with CSAE
- User Reporting: Easy-to-access reporting tools allowing users to flag concerning content or behavior
- Human Review: Trained content moderation team reviews flagged content and suspicious accounts
5) Reporting Mechanisms & In-App User Feedback
The Wudtr app and platform provide multiple channels for reporting child safety concerns and submitting user feedback:
- In-App Reporting (User Feedback): Within the Wudtr mobile app and web application, users can report concerning content or behaviour directly through the in-app Help & Support section accessible from Settings. Users can also contact our safety team via the dedicated child safety email below. All reports are reviewed by our trust and safety team.

- Anonymous Reporting: Users can report concerns anonymously without fear of retaliation
- Emergency Contact: For immediate threats, users are directed to contact local law enforcement
5a) Method for Addressing CSAM
When child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is identified or reported on the Wudtr platform, we follow a defined process:
- Immediate Removal: All confirmed or suspected CSAM is removed from the platform within 24 hours of detection or report
- Account Termination: The associated account is permanently suspended and banned
- Law Enforcement Report: A report is filed with the appropriate authorities (NCMEC CyberTipline in the USA, IWF/NCA in the UK, or equivalent local authorities)
- Evidence Preservation: Relevant evidence is preserved securely and provided to law enforcement upon lawful request
- User Notification: The reporting user is notified that action has been taken (without disclosing specific enforcement details)

6) Response Protocols
When potential CSAE is detected or reported, we take immediate action:
- Immediate Removal: Suspected CSAM is removed within 24 hours of detection, with expedited removal for confirmed cases
- Account Suspension: Accounts involved in CSAE are immediately suspended pending investigation
- Law Enforcement Notification: We report all suspected CSAE to appropriate authorities, including:
- National Crime Agency (NCA) and Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) in the United Kingdom
- National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States
- International law enforcement agencies as appropriate
- INTERPOL for cross-border cases
- Evidence Preservation: We securely preserve evidence for law enforcement in compliance with legal requirements
- Permanent Ban: Users found to be involved in CSAE are permanently banned from all Wudtr services
- Network Protection: We share threat intelligence with industry partners to prevent offenders from accessing other platforms
