Delete Your WUDTR Account

The fastest way to delete your account is directly through the WUDTR mobile app. This provides instant confirmation and allows you to review what will be deleted.
Option 1: Delete Through Mobile App (Recommended)
- Open the WUDTR mobile app
- Go to Settings (tap your profile icon)
- Scroll down to the Security section
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Read the deletion information carefully
- Confirm your decision
- Enter your password to verify
Your account will be scheduled for deletion within 30 days. During this period, you can cancel the deletion by logging back into the app.
Option 2: Request Deletion via Email
If you cannot access the mobile app or prefer to request deletion via email, please contact our support team:

When requesting deletion via email, please include:
- The email address associated with your WUDTR account
- Your username (if applicable)
- Reason for deletion (optional, helps us improve)
We will process email deletion requests within 3-5 business days.
warningWarning: Account Deletion is Permanent
Once your account is deleted after the 30-day grace period, this action cannot be undone. Please make sure you want to permanently delete your account before proceeding.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your WUDTR account, the following information will be permanently removed:
- Profile Information: Your name, email, profile picture, bio, and account settings
- Content: All content you've created, shared, or uploaded
- Campaigns: Any airdrop campaigns you've created or participated in
- Messages: All direct messages and conversations
- Notifications: Your notification history and preferences
- Connections: Your follower/following relationships and community memberships
- Analytics Data: Your engagement metrics and activity history
- Subscription Data: Your plan preferences and billing information (except as noted below)
What We Keep (Legal Requirements)
For legal, security, and compliance reasons, we may retain certain data for a limited time after account deletion:
- Transaction Records: Financial transaction history is retained for 7 years as required by tax and accounting regulations
- Security Logs: Limited login and security event logs may be retained for 90 days for fraud prevention
- Legal Compliance: Data required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements
- Anonymized Analytics: Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify you personally may be retained for platform improvement
All retained data is stored securely and used only for the specified legal purposes.
Canceling Account Deletion
If you change your mind within the 30-day grace period:
- Log back into the WUDTR mobile app
- You'll see a banner notification about your scheduled deletion
- Tap "Cancel Deletion"
- Your account will be restored immediately
Important: After the 30-day grace period ends, deletion is final and cannot be reversed.
Alternative: Temporarily Deactivate
If you're not sure about permanently deleting your account, consider temporarily deactivating it instead:
- Your profile and content become hidden from other users
- You can reactivate anytime by logging back in
- Your data remains intact during deactivation
To deactivate your account, go to Settings → Privacy → Deactivate Account in the mobile app.
